Today, one of the sources of growth and development of nations is the entry of private international capital flows. The objective of our paper is to study the effects of private capital flows on economic growth in North African countries from 1995 to 2017. The GMM econometric technique shows that the “KAOPEN” index and financial development affect economic growth in North African countries and the entry of capital flows reinforces the financial development effect on economic growth.
