Aims & Scope
The Romanian Journal of Public Affairs (RJPA) is an international, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the study of the public sphere. Its aim is to advance scholarly understanding of how public institutions are governed, how public policies are formed and implemented, and how public authorities respond to contemporary social, economic and political challenges.
The journal is interdisciplinary in outlook. Rooted in public administration, governance and public policy, it also welcomes contributions from related fields, including political science, public law, sociology, public economics and public management, where these engage with questions of public interest and the functioning of the public sector.
RJPA publishes both theoretical and empirical research, and welcomes comparative studies that place national experiences within a wider international context. The journal is open to submissions from authors in all countries and is committed to fostering a diverse international dialogue in the field of public affairs.
